#TAKEMEBACK - GTB FASHION WEEKEND 2019

I remember it was a rollercoaster weekend for me, the following night after ‘Celebrity Video Games Challenge by VJ Adams’ which was held at Balmora Hall, Victoria Island. I regret not making a blog post out of the previous GTB Fashion Weekend in 2018, so I was bent on getting my ass there in 2019 by hook or crook.

You can imagine how exhausted I must have been from all the boogie down at #CVGC the night before but you trust me with the energy!

It was going to be the last of the 3 festive days of GTB Fashion Weekend, you see why I couldn’t miss it for anything?

Even though I forfeited all the activities during the day sleeping and getting ready, I made it there just when I loved the most.

The venue was super lit and still very expectant even at night when the event was almost wrapping up. I touched a few bubbling parts of the event as there were too many styles to grasp. The eccentricity was never missing and the pop culture remained heavy in the air.

I am glad to have preserved this memory and served it at this time of COVID-19 pandemic when it is not certain that this year’s event will be held physically. There is more where this came from in this #TAKEMEBACK SERIES, please don’t leave me! don’t leave me!!
